• Bring your face close to the image without attempting to focus. Slowly move away from the image and keep your eyes relaxed. Before you reach arm's length, a picture should jump out at you.


• Hold the image about an arm's length in front of you but focus on something behind it. Shift your field of vision to the image without shifting focus. The image should be apparent if your focus is correct.
