Drop by our Gray Matter section to check out the latest additions to our Psychonauts movie stash. A fresh gameplay edit accompanied by what we’ll mysteriously call “meaty circus music,” shows off some of the very best of what awaits you from the game. You can also meet Edgar Teglee—asylum resident and “prisoner of art.” Finally, Sasha Nein invites Raz for some special unauthorized training at his hidden wilderness laboratory. There are two more flicks to come so stay tuned for the next Bulletin.

Of course you’ve heard the whole “while supplies last” disclaimer millions of times before, but this time you need to pay attention because we’re talking about a Psychonauts bonus! H-E-L-L-O out there!!! Electronics Boutique is offering a limited number of Psychonauts branded playing cards to those lucky consumers who pre-order their copy of the game right now. Drop by your local store or pre-order it online at EBGames. Tell all of your friends, post fliers around the neighborhood and stand on the corner naked wearing nothing but a sandwich board that instructs everyone to “Pre-order Psychonauts RIGHT NOW!” Please send us pictures and we’ll post them for the Dirty Little Secrets section of our web site (but only if the ESRB will let us).

Our buddies over at Brady are working away on the Official Psychonauts Strategy Guide that will be on shelves in time for the game’s April launch. Their eagle-eyed, and no doubt pasty-faced, writers have spent hours upon hours playing the game and chronicling every secret into one comprehensive walkthrough. In addition, the guide also includes a ton of great concept art that you won’t find anywhere else. Score!

We’re on the brink of reviews now but until we topple over that edge, check out what the editors have been saying after recently getting their hands on playable versions of the game. Play calls it “extraordinary.” CGM thinks it’s a game that “pretty much anyone should be able to appreciate.” TeamXbox.com notes that “The combination of artistic style, level design, and gameplay melds extremely well together..." Finally, IGN said that "It's funny, it's intelligent, and it's incredibly vivid." We know all of this already, of course, but we need to make sure you know it too so indulge us and read every single piece of fresh press in the Memory Vault section. Please?
